Our Chiropractic Services and Techniques

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience.

The primary adjusting techniques and services we use include:

Laser Therapy

Think of an adjustment as “tuning” a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.

This dynamic emerging technology utilizes superluminous and laser diodes to irradiate abnormal tissue with photons. These are particles of energy that are absorbed by a variety of micro-molecules within the cell, a process which initiates a number of positive physiological responses. In essence, light energy is converted into biochemical energy. The result – normal cell morphology and function are restored.

Eating for Health

Learn how Nutritional Excellence is the answer to most of our health concerns. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to live the rest of your life in pain or on medication. You can improve your health without relying on drugs and fad diets.

Chiropractic – Low Force

Based on 35+ years of clinical experience, combining the best of a number of techniques. Administered with hand held instruments used for the correction of joint fixations along the spine and/or extremities. Specificity, accuracy and effectiveness without trauma.

Years of clinical practice and experience have shown Dr Salvitti that an individualized multi-pronged approach is often necessary for a patient to achieve optimal results. Numerous factors are taken into account to design a care plan, which includes recommendations for diet, exercise, stress reduction, allergy prevention and treatment, and nutritional support products (as needed) as well as your treatments at the Wellness Center.

Pain Neutralization

Pain Neutralization Technique is a non-pharmacological, non-invasive technique for pain neutralization.  The technique involves gentle tissue manipulation to “turn off” the nerve-based reflexes that perpetuate trigger points and muscle pain, and is proving to be particularly effective in the treatment of chronic pain.

Pain Neutralization Technique does not use mechanical force for treatment, and is quite different from other procedures for treating trigger points which usually involve some amount of pain during treatment such as deep tissue massage. Light pressure with the finger tips is used. There is little to no discomfort during the procedure. In fact, many fall asleep during treatment.
